Program Off Campus Learning (MBKM) Meningkatkan Entrepreneur Intention Melalui Enterpreneur Competence Pada Mahasiswa Muslim Di Indonesia

Menjadi tenaga kerja yang terserap pada perusahaan setelah lulus, menjadi impian sebagian besar mahasiswa. Namun saat ini, impian ini mulai bergeser eranya dimana banyak mahasiswa lebih memilih untuk menjadi pengusaha dibandingkan karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis peran off campus learning (MBKM) terhadap entrepreneur self-efficacy dan Entrepreneur competence serta terhadap entrepreneur intention. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa-mahasiswa muslim di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 1119 mahasiswa menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama off campus learning berdampak positif signifikan terhadap entrepreneur self-efficacy mahasiswa muslim. Kedua Entrepreneur competence berdampak positif signifikan terhadap entrepreneur intention pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Ketiga off campus learning berdampak positif signifikan terhadap Entrepreneur competence pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Keempat entrepreneur self-efficacy berdampak positif signifikan terhadap Entrepreneur competence pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Kelima off campus learning berdampak secara tidak langsung terhadap entrepreneur intention melalui Entrepreneur competence pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Keenam off campus learning berdampak secara tidak langsung terhadap entrepreneur intention melalui entrepreneur competence pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Penelitian ini bisa dijadikan pertimbangan bagi pihak perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah untuk lebih serius dalam pengembangan kebijakan program off campus learning terutama fokus pada kewirausahaan mahasiswa.
